Dallas: Through July, condominium sales are almost 40% ahead of 2012, and July prices were 17% higher than a year ago. Condo and townhome sales are up almost 50% in central Dallas, Oak Lawn and Uptown. And, in east Dallas, sales are up 66%. In the DFW area, only 1,600 properties are for sale.
